Set to open this fall, Wye Oak Tavern sits at the heart of Visitation Frederick, an OTJ-designed and CGI by NFLab, the mixed-use hotel and condominium destination converted from an historic all-girls academy. The restaurant, a high-concept, steakhouse helmed by Bryan and Michael Voltaggio of "Top Chef" fame, promises culinary delights as well as architectural gestures that reinterpret historic elements of the original chapel through a contemporary lens.
90 Collins

A late-1980s office tower at the east end of Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD could have a 15-storey glass addition added to its top, under plans lodged with planning authorities. Fender Katsalidis has designed the glass topper for 90 Collins Street, a 21-storey tower originally designed by Jackson Architecture. “The revitalized 90 Collins Street involves an exciting yet complex design process that sees new floors added to an existing building,” said Nicky Drobis, director at Fender Katsalidis. We NFlab are proud to be part of this project and help Fender Katsalidis to visualize the design.
3333 Biscayne

The next Miami Aimco and Beitel Group have proposed a three-tower project at 3333 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. The development would feature apartments, offices and commercial space. Stantec is listed as the architect , NFlab is the provider of 3D renderings.
Wapping Wharf

Wapping Wharf: Permanent building proposed to replace containers. The proposed new center for Wapping Wharf will stand 10 storeys high on Bristol's Harborside and will be eye-catching for local residents and visitors to the harbourside. Where now there are two stories of metal containers, there will be a 10-storey building. 3D visualizer NFlab worked with Architect AHR in June, 2022 for the rendering images, it was a pleasant experience to see the building coming into life. Fender Katsalidis Hellenic Club of Canberra

The Hellenic Club of Canberra has revealed its $146 million redevelopment plans. The new club will deliver a 151-key hotel across 12 storeys with restaurants, bars, an auditorium, a rooftop pool, a spa, and wellness facilities. With retail offerings along the ground level, the club aims to transform into a cultural, leisure and commercial hub for locals and visitors.

Benoy Achieved Great Progress on Shanghai Jintan Masterplan

Recently, Benoy participated in the international design competition for the functional planning and urban concept design proposals for the Golden Beach area of Shanghai, and achieved excellent results.
Benoy expects that "Digital Golden Beach, Fashionable Cloud Coast" will take the lead in enhancing the city's energy level and planning for the advantages of misaligned development, becoming an innovative sample of the development along the Huangpu River.

AsheMorgan Plots Parramatta 15-Storey Shoptop Tower

Architecture firm Fender Katsalidis was tapped to design the 12,644sqm mixed-use project, which includes 9147sqm of residential floor space sitting above a two to three-storey podium with 246sqm of retail space and a 3056sq m of medical centre.

Beijing Daxing Airport International Exhibition

DLR Group, together with Colliers International, China International Trade and Greenland Hannover Exhibition Group, participated in the global creative competition of Beijing Daxing International Convention and Exhibition Consumer Energy Zone, and finally stood out and ranked among the top three. DLR Group sent teams from Shanghai and Dubai offices to participate in the design process.

RSHP to design the Four Seasons' first hotel in Taiwan

RSHP announced our new project in Taipei in collaboration with Yuan Lih Construction for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Located in the Xinyi District, directly opposite Taipei 101 and measuring 180 metres, the 260-room hotel will be the first Four Seasons Hotel in Taiwan.

This site plays a key role in Brisbane’s military history and is considered a significant remnant of the United States Military presence in Brisbane during the second World War.

How will Shanghai 600 Change and Upgrade in the Future? Stay Tuned.

On February 18, 2024, the old shopping mall "Shanghai Six Hundred", which has witnessed Shanghai's 72-year history, ended its last business day. It will officially close the store on February 19 and start the overall demolition and reconstruction project of the building.
In order to reunite with everyone again, Shanghai 600 will be updated as a whole and upgraded. Shanghai 600 also released a CG animation of what the mall will look like in the future
